We Watch for hazards
We keep an eye out for potential "issues" during your dog's walk such as other dogs, strangers who want to interact, traffic dangers, things your pet might ingest, mud puddles, hot/dangerous surfaces and more! As professionals with experience in multiple disciplines, we know how to keep your pet safe.
We don't allow strangers to touch your pet
Only Mindful Canine staff will make contact with or handle your pet unless you give us the okay to let your pet interact with strangers! We actively steer clear of other people who may try to interact without asking, such as children at play.
We practice safe & Fair leash control
We are dog trainers as well as walkers, and we understand responsible leash control. We promise to never yank or jerk your pet's leash during a walk. We want your pet to feel secure and cooperative with us while out for a walk.
fun and enrichment is our priority
You're paying us to add enrichment to your dog's life, so we do everything we can to make walks fun. We go at your dog's pace, allow them to sniff and decompress, and walk them on terrain that will be exciting for them. Verbal praise and encouragement is a must!

*Travel Fee ($0.50 per mile)
In order to keep our pricing fair and affordable, we may charge an additional fee per mile for locations that lie more than 20 minutes from our base locations. Additional travel rate may or may not apply to individual cases, subject to individual trainer route and travel needs.
